How to Access Your Patient Portal
To help you manage your health care online, we use the secure DrChrono patient portal. You will receive an email from us with instructions to log in. Follow the steps below to access your account and start using the portal.
Step 1: Check Your Email
- Look for an email from our office with the subject line: “Connect with Hilorie Erautt via onpatient”.
- Open the email and click the “Sign Up Now” button.
Step 2: Follow Sign Up Instructions
- Sign up page asks for First Name, Last Name, Email and to create a password.
- Enter a secure password you can remember.
- Follow the next steps of the sign up (SSN or DOB, and phone number)
Step 3: Login and Explore Your Portal
- Click confirm and connect.
- Once logged in, you can:
- View upcoming appointments
- Send secure messages to our office
- Review your medical records
- Update personal information
